I wrote this during a dark time in my life and left it in a notebook. Back then, I was journaling to get my feelings onto the page. I never expected those words to become a song.

Coming back to them now feels like looking at a lifetime ago. I’m sharing that experience because I hope someone caught in similar patterns hears it and knows they’re not alone.
